What Every Event Listing Must Include
Event title
Use a clear, descriptive title that tells people what will happen.
Date and time
Include:
- Start date
- Start time

- Time zone
- Whether the event repeats
For international online events, clearly identify the primary time zone.
Location
For in-person events, include the venue, city, region and country.
For online events, include the registration or viewing link.

Select where the event occurs and whether it serves a local, regional or global audience.
4. Add the complete schedule
Check the date, start time, end time and time zone carefully.
5. Add an event image
Use a clear image without excessive text. You must have permission to use the image.
6. Include the registration or access link
Test the link before submitting.
7. Explain the participant outcome
Tell people what they will understand, receive, create, decide or be able to do after attending.
8. Review and submit
Verify all names, dates, links, prices and access information before publication.

After Your Event Is Published
Notify Mobilized if:
