Requirements:
A PhD, awarded within the previous five years, in a related discipline (e.g., food security, climate change, animal/meat science, value chains, systems thinking/approaches, agricultural policy).
Demonstrated ability to produce peer-reviewed research articles in international journals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Desire and ability to work in an interdisciplinary, international research team setting.
Special Requirements
Experience with expert elicitation methods, including analysis of the outputs of interviews or focus group discussions.
Experience with finding and analysing policy documents, preferably relating to climate change and/or agriculture.
Interest and experience in engagement with decision-makers, practitioners and communities, particularly relating to agriculture and climate change.
Interest and experience in systems thinking approaches.
Experience in giving oral presentations and interest in public communication of science.
Excellent data visualisation skills.
