Mobilized Live Experiences
Where conversations become collective action.
A global calendar of webinars, livestreams, Monthly Exchanges, and hybrid events designed for participation, learning, and collaboration — not just watching.
Open access • Participation-first • Recorded + archived
Why it matters
Most events are expensive, one-way, and siloed. The people most affected by global challenges are often left out of the room.
Mobilized Live Experiences create an open space for real-time learning and collaboration — so the conversation isn’t limited to who can travel, pay, or “get invited.”
Bottom line: This isn’t an events calendar. It’s a living space for collective inquiry, connection, and action.
What this enables
- Live learning across borders and sectors
- Participation-first formats (not passive panels)
- A growing public archive of recorded sessions
- A pathway from conversation → collaboration
What you’ll find here
Live Webinars & Livestreams
Real-time conversations with journalists, innovators, system designers, and community leaders — open and accessible from anywhere.
Monthly Exchanges
Interactive dialogues where participants ask questions, share insights, and explore solutions together. These aren’t panels. They’re conversations.
Global & Hybrid Events
Experiences that connect online audiences with local gatherings — linking communities across regions, sectors, and time zones.
On-Demand Learning
Every experience is recorded and archived, building a growing public library of shared intelligence.
How to participate
- Attend live and join the discussion (Q&A, prompts, breakout rooms when available).
- Watch replays and explore the archive.
- Bring your community — classrooms, teams, local hubs, or partners.
- Propose or host a session aligned with Mobilized’s mission.
Submit or host an event
Have a webinar, livestream, or community exchange that fits Mobilized? You can propose it for the calendar — and Mobilized can support co-hosting when aligned.
Tip: Include a clear topic, intended audience, participation format, and what people can do after the event.
From conversation to collaboration.
Mobilized Live Experiences bring people together across borders and disciplines to learn, question, and build shared intelligence in real time — so we can act with clarity in a complex world.
Event Submission Guidelines
Mobilized features events that expand access, strengthen shared understanding, and create pathways to real-world collaboration.
To be included on the calendar, your event should be clear, participation-friendly, and aligned with Mobilized’s mission.
We love events that are:
- Solutions-focused (what can be built)
- Systems-aware (how issues connect)
- Participation-first (Q&A, prompts, discussion)
- Accessible (low/no cost, clear entry)
- Respectful (safe, inclusive conversation)
We do not feature:
- Sales pitches disguised as webinars
- Harassment, hate, or dehumanizing content
- Disinformation or unverifiable claims
- Events with unclear ownership/rights
- Closed-door events without public value
What to include in your submission
- Title: Clear, specific, not hype.
- Format: Webinar / Livestream / Exchange / Hybrid.
- Date & time: Include time zone and expected duration.
- Host & speakers: Names, orgs, and short bios.

How to host a Mobilized Live Experience
A simple guide for webinars, livestreams, and exchanges
Mobilized Live Experiences are designed for participation, shared learning, and collaboration. Use this guide to plan a session that’s clear,
inclusive, and genuinely useful — before, during, and after the event.
1) Choose a clear purpose
- Topic: What is changing? What do people need to understand?
- Outcome: What should participants leave with (insight, connections, next steps)?
- Audience: Who is this for — and why now?
2) Design for participation
- Include Q&A and at least one interactive prompt.
- Use a short “check-in” question early to invite voices.
- If appropriate, add breakout rooms or small-group discussion.
- End with a concrete “what’s next” for attendees.
3) Use a simple run-of-show
- 0–5 min: Welcome + purpose + how to participate
- 5–20 min: Short conversation / framing
- 20–40 min: Q&A + audience prompts
- 40–55 min: Breakouts or applied discussion (optional)
- 55–60 min: What’s next + resources + closing
4) Accessibility & respect
- Offer captions when possible.
- Use plain language and explain acronyms.
- Moderate for inclusion and psychological safety.
- Clearly state community standards at the start.
5) Publish and extend the value
- Record the session (with consent) and publish the replay.
- Create a short recap: What changed? Why it matters? What’s next?
- Share resources and invite continued collaboration.
