For Journalists: 100 Days of Dignity
100 Days of Dignity: Interest form
Journalists serving communities are invited to partner with us to explore: How might we equip people to navigate their lives together with dignity?
The project team is made of representatives from the Center for Cooperative Media, OpenNews, Hearken, Trusting News, and the Solutions Journalism Network. We’re defining “communities” as either people based in a location or with a shared identity or experience.
If you’re interested in meeting with a member of the project team to discuss possibilities for partnering, or staying informed as this moves forward, please fill out the form below by April 23. We’ll review submissions on a rolling basis. We’re especially interested in:
- Understanding why journalism that supports dignity makes sense for your work and your community
- What you have and what you’d need to pursue this work
- Potential for impact and community engagement
Selected newsrooms will be invited to sign up for office hours with members of the project team to discuss a potential partnership. Following these calls, we’ll notify selected newsrooms by April 30, awarding stipends for further proposal development.
