We’re publishing our Mobilized Code of Conduct because we believe it is important that everyone in our community knows the expectations for participating in it. Your feedback is crucial in shaping these expectations to be clearer, more inclusive, and more impactful. We’re here to grow together, and your input is invaluable in this process.
If you decide to participate in the community in any capacity, virtual or in-person, we expect you to follow our Code of Conduct, as described here:
Purpose of this Community
The Mobilized Community is a space where we host our community hubs, channels, programming, and media events. It’s a place where we strive for clarity above chaos, access to see the world as it is and what it can become, and for ethical community leaders and learners to hear, support, and connect with one another.
We ask you to use your real name and your company or organization’s real name—many of you may develop professional relationships through your conversations here, and it’s best to build trust from the beginning.
What follows is s a set of guidelines that make participating in the Mobilized community a more enriching, engaging, and inviting experience for everyone.
Our Commitment
As hosts of the Mobilized community, we are deeply committed to making it a healthy and inclusive space for all. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
- We commit to acting and interacting in ways that contribute to a welcoming, diverse, and engaging community and to actively seeking your feedback on how to improve it. Your voice matters to us, and we are dedicated to creating a space where everyone feels heard and included. To maintain a healthy and inclusive space, we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment.
- We commit to respectfully and privately having difficult conversations and to taking the potentially tricky actions necessary to promote and sustain the healthy and inclusive community we describe above.
