One consistent format for every presentation
Every featured initiative should demonstrate practical work rather than simply deliver a speech.
The Mobilized presentation standard
Suggested structure for a 15-minute featured project demonstration.
- The problem — 2 minutes. What is wrong, and who is affected?
- The root cause — 2 minutes. Why does the problem persist?
- The solution — 3 minutes. What have you actually implemented?
- The evidence — 3 minutes. Where is it working? What measurable results exist? What hasn’t worked?
- The connections — 2 minutes. Which other systems does your work improve or affect?
- The invitation — 3 minutes. What support is needed, and what can people do now?
Required from every presenter: A project profile in the Mobilized Exchange with contact information, evidence, collaboration needs, and a clear action opportunity.

- The greatest distinction between Mobilized Live and a conventional conference should be what the audience can actually do.

What happens after January 14?
A two-day experience can initiate collaboration. Its longer-term value depends on whether the network continues to help people work together.
Phase 1
Immediately after the event
Publish session recordings, project profiles, resources, and a summary of the major findings.
Phase 2
Within 30 days
Convene working groups, document collaboration commitments, and identify the resources needed to move projects forward.
Phase 3
Within 90 days
- Report on projects launched, collaborations established, obstacles encountered, and progress toward measurable outcomes.

- The Mobilized News Network
- Keep the reporting, project discovery, livestreams, and collaboration opportunities accessible throughout the year.
