A Personal Note from Mobilized News’ Creative Director:
We all make mistakes. It is essential to learn from them. After taking the advice of a ‘friend’ who clearly didn’t know my health history, I had a Widowmaker heart attack. A Widowmaker is the most serious of all heart attacks as only two to five percent survive one. I’m one of the lucky ones.

Triple bypass surgery followed, and my cardiologist suggested I make some real lifestyle changes which included reading the books linked below. Dr. Ozner’s passionate dedicated to eradicate heart disease through preventative measures continues to empower my best health possible. If, by sharing this wisdom, we can help to save the lives of others, all the better.
