Dr. Ozner’s on a quest to eradicate heart disease. So far, he’s right on track!

A Personal Note:

Several years ago, like many people, I was eating a relatively toxic American diet. I suffered what is called a Widowmaker heart attack. It’s called that because that’s what it does.  Most people who have one,  don’t make it to the hospital. In fact, the survival rate is less than five per-cent.  I’m one of the lucky ones.

I was first introduced to the work of Dr. Michael Ozner while recovering from triple by-pass surgery.  My then-cardiologist suggested that I look into his book, “The Miami Mediterannean Diet,” and commit to making some essential lifestyle changes.

I found it essential for me to cut the strings to past habits and absorb his wisdom.  His easy-to-adapt lifestyle changes not only helped to heal me, but with the love of my family and friends, I cut ties to old bad habits and stayed on the path for a better life.

This platform was created to share wisdom–not as a forum buck for public endorsement. However, by following his direction, cutting out toxic habits, and learning how to regain my strength, both inner and outer—I restored my body to optimal health.

It is with great pleasure and honor that this recent conversation is shared and amplified.
